کہ اک اعلان ہو جاتا
کہ سب مرکز پہ آ جاؤ
خدا سے عرض کرتے ہیں
مصیبت ٹال دے مولا

 مرا ایمان کامل ہے
خدا کے اتنے بندوں میں
یقینا وہ بھی آجاتے
کہ جن کے اٹھے ہاتھوں کو
خدا واپس نہیں کرتا
زباں سےجب وہ کچھ کہہ دیں
تو پھر وہ ہو کے رہتا ہے

 بتاتے ہم زمانے کو
یہی دارالشفاء ہے بس
ہمیں سب کو بتانا تھا
کہ ہم ایمان والے ہیں
ہمارا دین سچا ہے
ہمی قرآن والے ہیں

 مگر ہم نے کیا ثابت
کہ ہم بھی ان کے جیسے ہیں

 مجھے تو خوف آتا ہے
کہیں ایسا نہ ہو اب کے
کہ جب یہ دھند چھٹ جائے
حرم میں ہم جو داخل ہوں
تو آنسو خشک ہو جائیں
جو روئیں باب کعبہ پر
تو ہنسنے کی صدا آئے
جو چومیں حجر اسود کو
خوشی دل میں نہ ہو کوئی
غلاف خانہء کعبہ
سبھی کالک گناہوں کی
ہمیں واپس نہ لوٹا دے
کہیں زم زم کی سیرابی
ہمیں پیاسا ہی رہنے دے

 ہمیں یہ ماننا ہو گا
کتاب حق بھی سچی ہے
نبی کا دین بھی سچا
سبھی احکام بھی سچے

 مگر ہم لوگ جھوٹے ہیں
